RETURNS POLICY

At SecondhandGoodiesMC.com, we specialise in selling a wide range of secondhand items sourced from house clearances and similar. This includes (but is not limited to) furniture, household goods, electricals, clothing, and other items with pre-owned value.

We aim to describe all items honestly and accurately, including clear photos and details about condition, age, and any faults or defects (where applicable). Most of our customers inspect and collect items in person, which we strongly encourage.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our stock — mostly secondhand, one-off items — all sales are final once completed, especially where the item has been inspected and collected in person.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

2. Faulty or Misdescribed Items (for Shipped Orders Only)

In rare cases where an item is shipped and it arrives:

• damaged in transit, or

• significantly different from the description on the website

…please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a refund, replacement (if possible), or store credit at our discretion.

You’ll need to provide photos of the item and the packaging, and we may ask you to return the item before issuing a refund.

3. Items Collected in Person

Buyers collecting items in person are expected to inspect goods before taking them away. By accepting the item at the time of collection, you agree that you are satisfied with its condition.

No returns or refunds will be accepted after collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping

As a small business, we do not routinely offer delivery or postage. Any shipping option shown online is provided to meet technical requirements (e.g. for Google listings) and must be confirmed with us directly before purchase.

If you do require an item to be shipped, please contact us first so we can confirm availability and cost.
